Hotel Details
Upon completion of your registration, we receive an e-mail with your name and information. We will be coordinating with the hotel the week of May 4 for room reservations. You will receive an e-mail with your confirmation information on or before May 12. Please visit the Web site for the Disney Contemporary Resort for transportation information and address details. Disney offers complimentary transportation from Orlando International Airport to the hotel. Please visit their Web site for reservation details AFTER you receive your hotel room confirmation information.
What should I bring?
First and foremost, an open mind to new ideas and sharing information. For everyone to get the most out of this event, we need everyone to share their leading practices, what’s working, and what’s not working. Other than that, any sample marketing campaigns, materials, metrics, research practices, etc. will all go a long way toward conversations, talking points, networking, and more!
You will receive a short survey soon via e-mail. This survey will be completely anonymous, but asks about information that will be a huge asset toward talking points, conversations, directions for break-outs, and more. The more you share, the more you’ll receive and the better our event will be. If you haven’t received this e-mail by May 11, please send us an e-mail and we’ll make sure you’re able to contribute to the program.
